First SERIOUS Snow Storm
A light snow started the morning of November 18. As the day progressed it got worse (as you will see from the pictures below). Looking out of my office at Utah State University, it is obvious how quick the snow accumulated and the drive home was very slow and steady. The roads were slick and piled with snow.
Fall Evening
A couple photos taken as I gathered leaves, enjoyed the crisp fall air, gathered the last of my garden items, and observed the moon riding in a clear autumn sky.
Digging up the last of my onions.
Almost buried under the leaves!!
Enjoying the crisp cool air and noticing the few leaves left hanging onto the tree branches.
Looking up through the leaves at the moon and you can almost FEEL winter coming!!!
While gathering leaves, I found this pretty little monarch who didn't get out of town before the cold and he must've froze to death.
Couldn't resist getting a shot of his beautiful colors, even though he wasn't alive.
