Garland, population, 2,400, celebrates harvest every year with a parade, beauty pageant, racing and parties at the park with a live band and dancing. Topped off with fireworks.
I didn't get out for the activities but sat out front and tried to capture some of the fireworks with my camera..LOL!!!
